Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VPNNR handles when you browse the website, manage an account or use subscription services, and how you can manage that information.
Account and Order Data
VPNNR does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration. If you choose to include an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request and are not added to a marketing list. Do not submit passwords, sensitive payment credentials or your full subscription URL in a support ticket.
Account details are used for authentication, subscription delivery and access management. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and transaction reference, and are used to verify payments, handle refunds and track subscription changes. Traffic usage and subscription status are used for billing and service delivery; they do not include a list of websites you visit.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
VPNNR does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, browsing content or DNS queries, and does not create connection logs that can be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity. Account billing records and website analytics are not the same as browsing records on international routes.
Connection diagnostics are limited to temporary operational status and necessary error information. Individual connection details are not retained long term, and source addresses, destination addresses and access times are not combined into user activity profiles. Temporary diagnostic information is cleared once troubleshooting is complete. Error reports submitted by users are handled as support ticket content; remove account keys and subscription details before submitting them.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, button use and access issues so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover use of the official website and user panel; they do not extend to websites users open through international routes. Information is used only as needed and is not used to sell user profiles.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in, save language preferences and retain necessary interface settings. Sign-in tokens are sensitive account information. Sign out on shared devices and clear site data when appropriate. You can restrict or delete this storage in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
VPNNR supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider or network. VPNNR receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order, and does not ask you to submit your payment account password to this service. Refer to the applicable policies of the payment provider for information about its data practices.
Order details are exchanged only as needed to complete a payment or address a related dispute. We do not provide identifiable account details to other parties except as necessary to deliver the service, meet applicable obligations or respond to user requests. Where disclosure is legally required, it is limited to the scope of the lawful request.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as the account remains active and the information is needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for settlement, dispute handling and applicable laws. Website analytics are retained for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period for every type of information, nor does it promise that a deletion request will cover records that must be retained by law.
Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account details. Specify the scope of your request. VPNNR will verify account ownership before processing it. If an order is still in progress or retention obligations apply, we will explain why the information cannot be deleted right away. Deleting an account may prevent access to subscriptions and past orders, so please review these matters first.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy applies to VPNNR websites and subscription services. It does not replace the privacy policies of external websites or payment services. If data handling practices change, we will post revisions on this page and update the date. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be explained through a site announcement or a notice in your account.
