VPNNR Quick Start Guide

Get your subscription first, then import it into a client. Follow these steps to configure your connection, then verify it by checking that your usual sites and apps load.

Create an account and open the dashboard

Start on the account creation page in the VPNNR dashboard. VPNNR doesn't require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. Follow the prompts, and check your keyboard layout, capitalization, and password before submitting. Your username is for signing in. The configuration name shown in a client is just a label to help you identify it—it's not the same thing, so don't use it as your login credential.

Once your account is set up, open the dashboard. If you land on the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. When you see your account overview, continue to plan selection. Save your details in a password manager rather than relying on your browser to keep you signed in. You'll need them to access the dashboard if you switch computers or clear your browser data.

Creating an account and connecting a client are related steps, but account creation alone won't switch your device to a different route. You'll still need to confirm your plan status, get your subscription, and enable the configuration in your client. Keep that sequence in mind: if you're signed in but an app still won't load, you'll know which steps to check.

Choose a plan and confirm the order

Open Plans in the dashboard and decide whether a monthly plan or a pay-as-you-go data package suits you better. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your actual usage if you regularly visit international websites, work with online resources, or stream video. There's no need to pick a larger allowance just because it's available.

If your usage is irregular, compare the data packages, which don't expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. You can use the data until it's gone. These packages are billed differently from monthly plans, so check which type is selected before ordering. See the full prices and terms on the pricing page, then return to the dashboard to choose a plan.

Open the order page for your chosen plan and check its name, price, and billing terms. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Return to the dashboard to check that the order is complete and confirm the plan status in your account overview. If the payment page says the payment went through but the overview hasn't updated, refresh the order status first—don't pay again right away. If you still have questions, submit the order details in a dashboard support ticket.

All plans support unlimited devices, but keep an eye on your account's data usage when connecting multiple devices. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through a billing period, the price difference is converted into remaining days; use the calculation shown in the dashboard when adjusting your plan. VPNNR offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details on how to request one. Once your plan is active, you can get the subscription to import into your client.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription from the account overview

Open the account overview in the dashboard and find the subscription or import section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve and update the server configurations available to your account. It's not a website address or a search term to paste into your browser. Once imported, the client will show the available servers for you to choose from and connect to.

If the dashboard offers a quick import option for your client, open the installed client first, then use that option. Your browser may ask permission to open the app; check that the app name is correct before continuing. A successful handoff only means the client opened. Check inside the client for the new configuration and server list. If the right app isn't installed yet, install it in the next section, then come back to import your subscription.

To import manually, use the copy option in the dashboard to get the full subscription link. In your client, paste it into the subscription or remote configuration field. Don't add quotation marks, spaces, or line breaks, and don't use only the last part of the link. This guide doesn't provide a connection-ready subscription address; get your own from the dashboard after signing in.

Your subscription link is account information. Don't post it in public forums, screenshots, or shared documents. If you're asking for help, describe the import error but hide the full link and your account details. If you think the link has been exposed, check the dashboard for a reset option or ask about next steps through a support ticket. Don't share the original link any further.

Import the client for your device

Get clients from the dashboard rather than downloading files based on search results. After signing in, you can get clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. The iOS download option requires an active, unexpired plan. In the dashboard, choose the version for your device and read the platform-specific installation instructions. This section covers the shared setup steps; for screenshots, system permissions, and advanced configuration, see the complete guide.

Get the client

Windows: Import from the subscription or configuration menu

On Windows, use the desktop client provided in the dashboard. After installing it, open the app and find the subscription, configuration, or similar management section. If the dashboard provides a matching quick import option, follow its instructions. To import manually, choose the option to add a configuration by link, paste the full subscription address, enter a name you can recognize, then save and update it.

After the update, select the configuration you just added and check that the server list is populated. Don't change advanced settings without a reason. Follow the client prompts to enable the system proxy or network routing feature needed for the connection. If you've added a configuration but haven't enabled the relevant feature, browser traffic may still follow its usual route. If the system asks for permission, confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed, then follow the dashboard instructions.

macOS: Import, then approve system permissions

On macOS, use the Mac desktop client provided in the dashboard. After installing and opening it, go to configuration management and choose remote subscription or import from link. Paste the full address copied from the dashboard and save it. If the client asks to update the configuration, let it finish before opening the server list. Select the configuration you just imported instead of leaving a different, previously added one selected.

When you first enable the connection, macOS may ask you to allow a network configuration or grant related permissions. Check the app name in the system dialog, then follow the prompts to approve it. Return to the client and check that the connection toggle is on. If macOS security settings block setup, don't keep dragging the installer into place. Check the Help Center for permission troubleshooting before continuing.

Android: Import the subscription and allow the connection

On Android, use the mobile client provided in the dashboard. After installing and opening it, look for an add option in the subscription or configuration section, then choose import from link rather than from a local file. Paste the subscription address, save and update it, then check that the server list appears. If you use quick import from a browser, return to the app and confirm that the new configuration was saved; a browser redirect alone isn't enough.

Select a configuration and server, then start the connection. Android may show a VPN connection request; check that it's for the client you're using before allowing it. Other apps that route network traffic can conflict with the connection, so temporarily leave only this one active while troubleshooting. If access stops when the app is in the background, check your device's background activity or battery settings. The setting names vary by device, and there's no need to change unrelated system options.

iOS: Get and import the client using the dashboard instructions

On iOS, use the client specified in the dashboard instructions. First check that your plan is active and hasn't expired. Then open the client section and get the app through the App Store link provided there. If the page says an active plan is required, check your status in the account overview. Don't try to use installation steps intended for other platforms or transfer a desktop installer to your iOS device.

Once the app is installed, return to the dashboard and use the import option for your client, or add the link from the client's subscription or configuration section. Save it, update the server list, choose a server, and enable the connection. When prompted, allow the app to add a VPN configuration. Then return to the client to check the selected configuration and connection status. Even when the system shows a connection indicator, continue to the next section and test access to the services you use.

VPNNR also supports Linux. Get the appropriate client from the dashboard and import your subscription using the platform instructions. This guide sticks to the quick-start steps; for Linux configuration details, routing rules, or differences between network setups, see the complete guide instead of copying settings from another platform.

Connect to a server and verify it works

Return to the client, confirm that the VPNNR subscription configuration is active, then choose a server that suits the service you want to use. VPNNR covers 90+ countries with 150+ routes. The options currently available are listed in your client. Consider the regions supported by the service, the region associated with your account, and how the connection performs. A server's location alone doesn't determine whether it will work for every app.

After connecting, open the IP lookup page to check the displayed exit information, then open the website or app you actually want to use. With split routing, different destinations may take different routes, so the lookup result reflects only that request—not every app. If the check fails temporarily, don't assume the client isn't working; also check whether the target website or app is accessible.

To test an app, try a normal action such as opening the page you need, loading content, or sending a routine request. Services such as ChatGPT may also be affected by your account, regional policies, and service availability. Streaming content can vary by platform and exit location. A successful connection doesn't guarantee that every feature on every platform will work. If you see an error, keep its exact wording and check whether the issue is a network connection failure or the service denying access.

If the exit information or app access doesn't match what you expect, first check that the client is still connected, the right configuration is selected, and system proxy or per-app rules include the target app. Then update the subscription and try another suitable server. Change one setting at a time and reload the target page so you can tell what made a difference. Avoid switching configurations while also changing system network settings and browser extensions; that makes troubleshooting harder.

Once access works as expected, keep this configuration for everyday use. If the server list changes, update your subscription. When switching devices, get the client from the dashboard and import the subscription again; there's no need to share your subscription link publicly. VPNNR supports unlimited devices, but each one needs to be configured separately, and they all share the account's available data and plan status.
